Alan joined BvonD straight out of varsity in 1979 and has been with us ever since.  A former partner of BvonD, Alan is now a consultant, maintaining a large commercial client base.

Alan has considerable experience in advising on formation of new business structures and documentation, and also in restructuring existing businesses.  He advises clients on sales, purchases, developments and financing, businesses, leases, commercial and corporate law, trusts and estates, subdivisions and business structures and has a particular speciality in franchising.

Alan is a keen golfer, former representative cricketer and avid follower of a number of local and national sporting teams.
