Originally from Nelson, Rebecca has been with BvonD since May 2004.  She was promoted to Associate in December 2007.

Rebecca is involved in all aspects of litigation work in the District Court and High Court (as well as other Tribunals) including Construction Contracts Act and Weathertight Homes Resolution claims. She also advises clients on civil litigation, criminal sentencing and resource management law.

Rebecca is a trustee of the Koru Youth Charitable Trust which operates Project K Hawke’s Bay and a member of the Hawke’s Bay Resource Management Law Association committee. 

Outside of work, Rebecca enjoys playing tennis and golf and keeping fit by running, going to the gym and pilates.
